Stage 1 includes a 100-point quality check on all C2KIT’s computers at our Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher factory. Our laptops undergo a 5+ hour remanufacturing process in the factory. The ISO90001 and ISO14001 accredited factory maintains the highest quality standards, has also participated in an Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) audit and maintains operating standards to BS8887 guidelines, which focuses on the quality and performance of the product produced. Supporting the environmental benefits of reducing the use of raw materials and energy, prevention of landfill and the prevention of hazardous and/or toxic materials contaminating the environment, the factory adheres to the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and EU Waste Batteries and Accumulators Directive (WBAD).
Stage 2, is completed at our pre-delivery fulfillment centre by a qualified computer and software technician, includes a functional test, a battery test and validation of the operating system.
C2KIT’s Quality Assurance Protocol is backed up by a dedicated after-sales support team of experienced and qualified IT professionals, available to provide telephonic and desktop support between 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Our Quality Assurance Protocol means that all C2KIT’s computers come with a standard 24-month limited warranty and our rental products with an extended 36-month, full rental lifetime limited warranty.
